1. Service-Based Refunds
Since our services and programs are time-based and community-oriented, completed services are non-refundable.
Once a service or program has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
2. Membership / Donation Refunds
Membership fees or donations are non-refundable once received.
No refunds will be provided for:
Partially utilized memberships or services
Unused program benefits
Voluntary donations
Early termination by the participant
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Payment deducted but registration or service was not processed
Duplicate or excess payment due to a technical error
Such refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation Impact on Refund
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend a registered program are not eligible for refunds.
Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension of registration privileges without refund.
6. Final Decision
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Chakadola Foundation, and the decision shall be final.
